The invention discloses a concrete structure concealed culvert inner and outer mold trolley which comprises an outer mold trolley and a plurality of inner mold trolleys, and all the inner mold trolleys are arranged in the outer mold trolley side by side. The outer mold trolley comprises an outer mold plate assembly, an outer portal frame assembly, an outer translation mechanism and an outer walking mechanism, the outer mold plate assembly comprises two side molds, the two side molds form a cross section, the two side molds are connected to the inner sides of the side edges of the outer portal frame assembly respectively, and each side mold is formed by connecting a plurality of sections of mold plates through bolts; the telescopic end of the outer translation mechanism is connected to a cross beam of the outer portal frame assembly; according to the concrete structure concealed culvert inner and outer formwork trolley, construction is rapid and efficient, side wall and top plate synchronous structure concrete pouring is achieved, and compared with a conventional full framing construction method, time is saved by 50%.
