Beam and column joint concrete intercepting structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a beam and column joint concrete intercepting structure and a construction method thereof. The beam and column joint concrete intercepting structure comprises a baffle vertically inserted into a beam formwork and located between two adjacent transverse steel bars, and the baffle is arranged corresponding to a connecting joint of a beam and a column and matched with the distance between the two adjacent transverse steel bars; and the mounting piece is mounted at the bottom of the baffle plate, and is inserted and fixed on the bottom wall of the beam template, so that the bottom of the baffle plate is propped against and fixed on the bottom wall of the beam template. The vertically-arranged baffle is installed at the position, located between every two adjacent transverse steel bars, of the connecting joint of the beam and the column so as to be arranged between the beam concrete and the column concrete in a blocking mode, and due to the fact that the bottom of the baffle is fixed to the bottom wall of the beam formwork through the installation part, the stability of the baffle is enhanced; toppling caused by lateral pressure of the concrete is avoided, so that effective interception between the beam concrete and the column concrete is realized.
本发明涉及一种梁、柱节点混凝土拦截结构及其施工方法,包括:竖向地插设于所述梁模板内且位于相邻两个所述横向钢筋之间的挡板,所述挡板对应梁和柱的连接节点处设置且与相邻两个所述横向钢筋的间距相适配;安装于所述挡板底部的安装件,所述安装件插设固定于所述梁模板的底壁上,以使所述挡板的底部抵靠且固定于所述梁模板的底壁上。本发明通过在梁和柱的连接节点处于相邻两个所述横向钢筋之间安装呈竖向设置的挡板,以挡设于梁混凝土和柱混凝土之间,由于挡板的底部通过安装件固定于所述梁模板的底壁上,以增强挡板的稳固性,避免因受到混凝土的侧压力而产生倾倒,从而实现梁混凝土和柱混凝土间的有效拦截。
