The invention provides a beam-column joint core area high-grade concrete intercepting system which comprises a concrete intercepting mesh which is bound and fixed between the bottom and the top of a beam-column joint core area beam steel bar during use; the anti-leakage device comprises a first side plate, a second side plate and a bottom bottom plate, the thickness of the first side plate is suitable for the thickness of a concrete protection layer on the outer side of a beam steel bar, the bottom plate is a flexible bottom plate, the first side plate and/or the second side plate are/is provided with vertical channels for the flexible bottom plate to penetrate through, and a drawing rod is connected to the flexible bottom plate. The flexible bottom plate is pulled in the vertical channel through the pull rod; the tops of the side plates on the two sides are connected through a connecting assembly. The beam column joint core area high-grade concrete interception system and the construction method are suitable for interception of beam reinforced concrete protection layers with different section sizes, and high-grade concrete and low-grade concrete of beam column joints can be intercepted.
