Steering control device
The steering control device is applied to a steer-by-wire system (901) in which a steering control mechanism and a steering mechanism are mechanically separated, or an electric power steering system (902) in which the steering control mechanism and the steering mechanism are mechanically combined. A steering control device (201) applied to a steer-by-wire system (901) controls the driving of a steering motor (78) that functions as a reaction force motor that applies a reaction force torque to a steering wheel (91). When a predetermined condition is satisfied during parking, a steering wheel lock calculation unit (75) of a steering control device (201) executes "steering wheel lock drive control" that calculates a drive command so as to output a lock torque for maintaining a rotation-stopped state of a steering wheel by energizing a steering motor (78). A power converter (77) converts power supply power in accordance with the drive command calculated by the steering wheel lock calculation unit (75) and supplies the power supply power to a steering motor.
