The invention discloses a small box girder rib plate spherical hinge type connecting structure which comprises a small box girder, embedded parts are arranged on the bevel edge side of the small box girder, a truss is arranged between the opposite embedded parts, inclined steel beams are fixedly connected to the left portion and the right portion of the truss, and the embedded parts are connected with the inclined steel beams through spherical hinge assemblies. The method has the beneficial effects that a transverse partition plate is not arranged when the small box girders are prefabricated, the steel plates are embedded in the positions, the inclined steel beams are spherically hinged to the positions where the steel plates are embedded after installation, the fixed trusses are arranged between the inclined steel beams, non-rigid connection between every two adjacent small box girders is achieved, and it is guaranteed that the structure is straight and attractive through the integral trusses; and reliable supporting of the truss between the box girders is guaranteed through the spherical hinge assemblies, local stress can be dispersed through the spherical hinge assemblies, and overall stress stability is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种小箱梁肋板球铰式连接构造,包括小箱梁,小箱梁的斜边侧设有预埋件,相对的预埋件之间设有桁架,桁架的左右部均固定连接斜钢梁,预埋件通过球铰组件与斜钢梁连接。本发明的有益效果:在小箱梁预制时不设置横隔板,而在该位置预埋钢板,待安装好后通过预埋钢板处球铰接斜钢梁,斜钢梁之间为固定的桁架,实现相邻两小箱梁之间非刚性连接,通过整体式的桁架保证结构顺直、美观,再通过球铰组件保证桁架在箱梁之间的可靠支撑,而且球铰组件能够分散局部应力,保证整体受力稳定。
