The method comprises the following steps: S1, mounting a ring beam on a foundation; s2, concrete is poured into an inner cavity of the ring beam; s3, a reinforcement cage is pre-buried on the ring beam; s4, the foam modules are used for splicing and forming a wall body; s41, a first foam module is fixed to the ring beam, and a steel reinforcement framework is arranged in a cavity of the foam module in a penetrating mode; s42, the second foam module and the first foam module are spliced, and a gap between every two adjacent foam modules is sealed until a layer of wall is formed; s43, the step S42 is repeated on the basis of the upper layer of wall body until three layers of wall bodies are formed; s44, concrete is poured into an inner cavity of the three-layer wall body formed by the foam modules; s45, vibrating is carried out; and S5, the steps S42, S43 and S44 are repeated on the basis of the upper-layer wall body till the wall body structure is completely formed, and construction is completed. The method has the effect of reducing the waste of the concrete.
