Lightweight prefabricated concrete composite wallboard as well as preparation method and construction process thereof
The invention discloses a light-weight prefabricated concrete composite wallboard and a preparation method and a construction process thereof. The composite wallboard comprises a reinforced concrete slab layer on the inner side and a heat preservation concrete slab layer on the outer side. The reinforced concrete slab layer serves as a load-bearing part of the wallboard, and a double-layer two-way reinforcing mesh is arranged in the reinforced concrete slab layer; a space steel wire mesh composed of criss-cross steel wire trusses is arranged in the heat preservation concrete plate layer, and the space steel wire mesh and outer-layer steel bars of the double-layer two-way steel bar mesh are bound together. The strength of the composite wall is improved through the steel structure framework constructed by the double-layer two-way reinforcing mesh and the space steel wire mesh, and the combination performance between the reinforced concrete slab layer and the heat preservation concrete slab layer is good. The reinforced concrete plate layer is wrapped in the thermal insulation concrete plate layer, the influence of external temperature change on the reinforced concrete plate layer is small, the problem that the sandwich wall plate cracks under the effect of temperature difference does not exist, and the preparation method is simpler and more convenient compared with the sandwich wall plate.
本发明公开了一种轻量化预制混凝土复合墙板及其制备方法和施工工艺,所述复合墙板包括内侧的钢筋混凝土板层和外侧的保温混凝土板层;所述钢筋混凝土板层作为墙板承重部分,内部配置有双层双向钢筋网;所述保温混凝土板层内部采用纵横交错的钢丝桁架组成的空间钢丝网,且空间钢丝网与双层双向钢筋网的外层钢筋绑扎在一起。本发明通过双层双向钢筋网和空间钢丝网构建的钢结构骨架使得复合墙体的强度得到提高,钢筋混凝土板层和保温混凝土板层之间结合性好。钢筋混凝土板层包裹在保温混凝土板层内,钢筋混凝土板层受外界温度变化影响小,不存在夹心墙板在温差作用下开裂问题,且制备方法较夹心墙板更加简单方便。
