According to the technical scheme, the hole forming method for the shallow-buried unsymmetrical pressure tunnel comprises the steps that the tunnel is divided into an unsymmetrical pressure hole section and a non-unsymmetrical pressure hole section according to the thickness from a tunnel excavation contour line to the ground surface, the unsymmetrical pressure hole section is divided into an open cut hole section, a semi-open and semi-hidden hole section and a hidden hole section, slope supporting is conducted on the unsymmetrical pressure hole section firstly, and slope supporting is conducted on the non-unsymmetrical pressure hole section; comprising shallow support and deep support of an open cut tunnel section and a dark tunnel section; supporting and excavation are conducted on the semi-open and semi-concealed tunnel section, wherein supporting outside the tunnel, supporting inside the tunnel and excavation are conducted on the portion, needing to be excavated, of the arch portion of the tunnel; and finally, the hidden hole section is supported and constructed. A side slope zero excavation method is adopted, the side slope is protected as much as possible, and the mechanical property of the side slope is improved; and after the bias pressure of the side slope is balanced, excavation is carried out, and the safety risk of excavation construction is reduced. The method is used for design and construction of the shallow-buried unsymmetrical pressure tunnel.
本发明公开了一种浅埋偏压隧道的成洞方法,涉及边坡工程和隧道工程,旨在提高施工的安全性和操作性,节约工程投资。本发明采用的技术方案是:浅埋偏压隧道的成洞方法,根据隧道开挖轮廓线离地表的厚度,将隧道分为偏压洞段与非偏压洞段,将偏压洞段分为明洞段、半明半暗洞段和暗洞段,先对偏压洞段进行边坡支护,包括对明洞段及暗洞段的浅层支护和深层支护;然后对半明半暗洞段进行支护与开挖,包括洞外支护、洞内支护以及对隧道拱部需要开挖的部位进行开挖;最后对暗洞段进行支护及施工。本发明采用边坡零开挖法,尽量保护边坡并改造边坡的力学性能;平衡边坡的偏压后,再进行开挖,降低开挖施工安全风险。本发明用于浅埋偏压隧道的设计与施工。
