Shallow-buried tunnel zero-slope hidden hole open construction method
The invention discloses a shallow-buried tunnel zero-slope hidden hole open-cut construction method, which comprises the following steps of: before the shallow-buried tunnel is excavated, driving a vertical support component from the original ground, and anchoring the vertical support component into a deeper stratum; and by arranging the ground anchors and the prestressed inhaul cables for tensioning, an integral stress system is formed, and strong soil pressure on the two sides of the tunnel can be resisted. Therefore, large-range slope excavation construction is avoided, the land acquisition area and original ground vegetation damage are reduced to the maximum extent, meanwhile, the earthwork excavation amount is reduced, and the earthwork excavation safety in the tunnel range is guaranteed. Compared with traditional tunnel hidden hole excavation, complex in-hole construction is not needed, large machinery is directly adopted for open excavation, the construction speed and efficiency are extremely high, the earthwork excavation amount is small, components are supported, a large amount of cost is saved, and safe operation guarantee is provided for follow-up tunnel construction. In a word, the construction method is efficient, rapid and safe in construction, the tunnel construction progress is greatly improved, the cyclic utilization rate of materials is increased, and ecological environmental protection is achieved.
本发明公开了一种浅埋隧道“零放坡”暗洞明做的施工方法,在浅埋隧道开挖前,从原地面打入竖向支护构件,使其锚入较深地层。通过设置地锚与预应力拉索张拉,使其在成为一个整体受力体系,并能抵抗隧道两侧的强大土压力。从而避免大范围放坡开挖施工,最大程度减小了征地面积和原地面植被破坏,同时减少了开挖土方量,还保证了隧道范围土方开挖安全。该方法与传统隧道暗洞开挖相比无需进行复杂的洞内施工,直接采用大型机械明挖,施工速度和效率极高,开挖土方量少,支护构件、节约大量成本,也为后续隧道施工提供安全作业保障。总而言之这种施工方法,施工高效、快捷、安全,极大提高了隧道施工进度,提高了物资循环利用率,并做到了生态环保。
