The plurality of first retaining wall parts and the plurality of second retaining wall parts intersect with each other to define a plurality of openings, each third retaining wall part is located between every two adjacent second retaining wall parts and located on the side, away from the substrate, of the corresponding first retaining wall part, and the heights of the second retaining wall parts and the third retaining wall parts relative to the substrate are both larger than the heights of the first retaining wall parts relative to the substrate; the size of the third retaining wall part in the first direction is smaller than that of the opening in the first direction. According to the technical scheme, the problem that the film thickness is not uniform during ink-jet printing can be solved.
