The display panel comprises a first electrode layer, a pixel definition layer and an organic light-emitting layer, the first electrode layer comprises a plurality of strip-shaped electrodes, and the strip-shaped electrodes extend in the first direction and are arranged at intervals in the second direction; the pixel definition layer comprises a plurality of first dams and a plurality of second dams; the multiple first dams are arranged in an array and arranged between every two adjacent strip-shaped electrodes, and in the first direction, a gap exists between every two adjacent first dams; the second dam is arranged on the first electrode layer, extends in the second direction and is arranged in the interval; the first dams and the second dams enclose a plurality of pixel pits, and the organic light-emitting layers are arranged in the pixel pits; the first dam and the second dam are both made of hydrophobic materials. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the PM driving substrate can be used for preparing a device by applying an ink-jet printing method, and ink is effectively prevented from infiltrating the pixel pit wall and overflowing out of the pixel pit.
