The display panel comprises a substrate, a pixel defining layer, an anode, a functional layer and a cathode, the pixel defining layer is arranged on the substrate and comprises a plurality of first dams and a plurality of second dams, the first dams are distributed at intervals, the second dams cover the first dams, and openings are formed in the side walls of the second dams; the anodes comprise a first anode and a second anode, the first anode is arranged between the first dam and the second dam and covers the first dam, and the second anode is arranged in the opening; the functional layer is arranged on the surface, away from the substrate, of the second anode; the cathode covers the second dam and the functional layer. According to the display panel, the first dam and the reflective first anode are arranged in the second dam, and after part of light emitted by the photoelectric device enters the second dam, the light can be guided out to the light emitting surface of the photoelectric device through reflection of the first anode, so that the light emitting rate of the photoelectric device is effectively improved, and the brightness of the display panel is improved.
