Synchronizing device for single-layer arrangement of winding drum steel cables
According to the synchronizing device for single-layer arrangement of the winding drum steel cables, a winding drum and a winding drum shaft are in sliding fit through a spline, the device is installed in cooperation with the winding drum, and the synchronizing device comprises one of two driving units, and one of the two driving units is that threads at the end of the outer side of the winding drum drive a nut with complete internal threads or a nut with partial internal threads (a positioning rod is embedded into a threaded groove to replace threads); an external thread with the same thread pitch and the same screwing direction as a spiral groove of a winding steel rope of the winding drum needs to be manufactured on the outer circle of the left side end part or the right side end part of the winding drum; secondly, the spiral groove of the winding drum winding steel cable is directly used for driving the spiral rod screwed into the spiral groove or the positioning rod embedded into the spiral groove; according to the scheme, when the winding drum rotates, transverse reciprocating displacement synchronous with winding of the steel cable on the winding drum is achieved, and the steel cable is effectively prevented from disengaging from a groove and jumping out of the groove; and a left overrun detection switch and a right overrun detection switch are additionally arranged as equipment redundancy safety detection devices, so that the operation safety of the equipment is further improved.
本申请一种卷筒钢索单层排列的同步装置，卷筒与卷筒轴采用花键滑动配合，装置配套卷筒安装，包括二选一的驱动单元：其一，卷筒外侧端部螺纹驱动完整内螺纹的螺母或者部分内螺纹（采用定位杆嵌入螺纹沟槽代替螺纹）的螺母，需要在卷筒的左侧端部或者右侧端部的外圆之上制作与卷筒绕卷钢索的螺旋沟槽的螺距相同、旋向相同的外螺纹；其二，直接利用卷筒绕卷钢索的螺旋沟槽驱动旋入螺旋沟槽的螺旋杆或者嵌入螺旋沟槽的定位杆；以上方案均使得卷筒在旋转的同时实现与钢索在卷筒之上绕卷同步的横向往复位移，有效避免钢索脱槽、跳槽；增加设置左侧超限检测开关、右侧超限检测开关作为设备冗余安全检测装置，进一步提高设备运行的安全性。
