The invention discloses a plate-type pier capping beam operation platform and a steel bar construction method. Capping beam steel bars are integrally prefabricated, and a climbing cone is pre-buried in a pier body; a steel corbel is installed on the pier body, and the whole bailey support is hoisted to the position over a corbel sand box through a crawler crane; installing an inclined bottom plate tripod, and hoisting a bent cap steel bar in place by using a crawler crane; cover beam side forms and opposite-pulling steel bars are installed to ensure that cover beam concrete is poured after the protection layer meets the requirements, and after the concrete reaches the standard strength, the cover beam side forms are dismantled; a chain block is used for hanging the support above a bent cap embedded steel bar, the height of the sand box is reduced, the stress of the support is converted to the chain block, a connecting bolt of the bracket and the climbing cone is loosened, and the steel bracket is dismantled; connecting bolts of the cross bridging and the bailey on one side are unfastened on the bearing platform, and the bailey support is divided into two parts and then hoisted to the platform; and after the two parts of the bailey bracket are assembled into a whole, the construction of the next bent cap is prepared.
本发明公开了一种板式墩盖梁操作平台及钢筋施工方法,将盖梁钢筋整体预制,在墩身预埋爬锥;在墩身上安装钢牛腿,利用履带吊将贝雷支架整体吊装到牛腿砂箱正上方;安装斜底板三角架,用履带吊将盖梁钢筋吊装到位;安装盖梁侧模、对拉钢筋以确保保护层满足要求后浇筑盖梁混凝土,当混凝土达到标准强度后,拆除盖梁侧模;使用手拉葫芦将支架挂在盖梁预埋钢筋上方,降低砂箱高度,将支架受力转换到手拉葫芦上,松开牛腿与爬锥的连接螺栓,拆除钢牛腿;在承台上解开剪刀撑与一侧贝雷的连接螺栓,将贝雷支架分成两部分后分别吊装至平台上;将贝雷支架两部分拼装成整体后准备下一个盖梁的施工。
