The invention discloses an existing line crossing gate-type pier cover beam construction platform and an installation method thereof. The platform comprises a double-layer bailey beam component. The double-layer bailey beam component comprises two bailey beam assemblies erected at the two ends of the main cross beam in the transverse direction of the main cross beam, and the bailey beam assemblies are oppositely arranged at intervals. A mounting platform is arranged on the lower layer of the double-layer bailey beam component, a lower-layer main protection shed frame is arranged on the mounting platform and located between the two bailey beam assemblies, and a lower-layer walking platform and a lower-layer side protection shed frame are arranged on the mounting platform and located on the outer sides of the two bailey beam assemblies; a middle-layer supporting platform is arranged on the middle layer of the double-layer bailey beam component and located between the two sets of bailey beam assemblies. An upper layer walking platform and an upper layer protection shed frame are arranged on the upper layer of the double-layer bailey beam component and located at the upper ends of the two sets of bailey beam assemblies respectively. The protection structure composed of the double-layer bailey frame components is adopted, and the problems existing in capping beam supporting and protection in existing line-crossing capping beam construction are well solved.
本发明公开了一种跨既有线门式墩盖梁施工平台及其安装方法,包括双层贝雷梁构件;双层贝雷梁构件包括沿主横梁横向方向搭设在主横梁两端的两个贝雷梁组件,贝雷梁组件相对间隔设置;位于双层贝雷梁构件的下层设置有安装平台,安装平台上位于两组贝雷梁组件之间设置有下层主防护棚架,安装平台上位于两组贝雷梁组件外侧设置有下层行走平台和下层侧防护棚架;位于双层贝雷梁构件的中层设置有中层支撑平台,中层支撑平台位于两组贝雷梁组件之间;位于双层贝雷梁构件的上层,在两组贝雷梁组件的上端分别设置有上层行走平台和上层防护棚架。采用由双层贝雷架构件组成的防护结构,很好地解决了在跨既有线盖梁施工中盖梁支撑与防护中存在的问题。
