The invention relates to water surface garbage cleaning equipment, in particular to a water surface cleaning machine which comprises a machine shell and a power device. The power device is connected with the machine shell to drive the machine shell to move in the first direction. A garbage inlet is formed in at least one end of the machine shell, an opening of the garbage inlet faces the first direction, and a cleaning device is installed at the garbage inlet; the cleaning device comprises an anti-leakage baffle which is rotationally mounted at the bottom of the garbage inlet through a first rotating shaft; the rolling piece is rotationally mounted in the garbage storage cavity through a second rotating shaft and used for stirring the garbage into the garbage storage cavity; the driving motor is installed on the machine shell, connected with the second rotating shaft and used for driving the rolling piece to rotate; the driving motor is further connected with the transmission assembly, and the transmission assembly is connected with the first rotating shaft and drives the leakage-proof baffle to rotate to shield the garbage inlet. The device can guarantee the collection efficiency and prevent floating objects from overflowing again at the same time.
