The invention discloses an intelligent grouting method for overlying strata separation, which comprises the following steps: (1) surveying the overlying strata separation condition of a site, and determining the area range of the overlying strata separation needing to be reinforced by grouting; (2) a plurality of grouting holes are formed in the area range, and the grouting core position of the overlying strata separation layer is accurately detected; (3) preparing a first grouting material; (4) a first grouting material is adopted, intelligent grouting of the overlying strata separation layer is conducted through an intelligent grouting device, and an automatic monitoring system is arranged for real-time dynamic monitoring; (5) after grouting is finished, the intelligent grouting device is removed, the grouting hole is closed, an automatic monitoring system is reserved, and later strength monitoring is conducted on the overlying strata separation layer after grouting; and (6) a second grouting material is configured, if it is monitored that the overlying strata separation layer after grouting needs to be reinforced, a reinforcing pouring hole is formed, the second grouting material is poured, and it is guaranteed that the strength of the overlying strata separation layer meets the design requirement. The automation degree is high, and the construction efficiency and quality are greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种覆岩离层的智能化注浆方法,包括以下步骤:(1)勘测现场的覆岩离层情况,确定需注浆加强的覆岩离层区域范围;(2)在区域范围内设置多个注浆孔,并准确探测覆岩离层的注浆核心位置;(3)配置第一注浆材料;(4)采用第一注浆材料,通过智能化注浆装置进行覆岩离层的智能化注浆,并设置自动监测系统进行实时动态监测;(5)注浆结束,移除所述智能化注浆装置,封闭注浆孔,并保留自动监测系统,对注浆后的覆岩离层进行后期强度监测;(6)配置第二注浆材料,若监测到注浆后的覆岩离层需进行补强时,设置补强灌注孔,灌注第二注浆材料,保证覆岩离层的强度满足设计要求。本发明自动化程度高,大幅度提高施工效率和质量。
