Mining overlying strata composite curtain and overlying strata multi-separation layer position accurate grouting settlement reduction method
The mining overlying strata composite curtain structurally comprises a plurality of curtain layers, and the curtain layers are formed by injecting cement paste into a plurality of thick and hard strata with cracks or geologic structure weak surfaces; the curtain layer of the multi-separation-layer position grouting section forms an isolation curtain, and the curtain layer of the bed rock reinforcing section forms a protection curtain. The method comprises the steps that S1, a multi-separation-layer position grouting section, a bed rock reinforcing section and a loose layer section are determined; s2, grouting holes are drilled, grouting pipes are arranged, cement paste is injected into the fracture or the weak surface of the geological structure in the multi-separation-layer position grouting section and the bedrock reinforcing section, a curtain layer is formed, the curtain layer of the multi-separation-layer position grouting section forms an isolation curtain, and the curtain layer of the bedrock reinforcing section forms a protection curtain; and S3, in the multi-separation-layer position grouting section, coal ash slurry is injected into the separation layer space to form a coal ash slurry filling layer. The method is high in adaptability to geological and stratum conditions, the overlying strata separation layer grouting efficiency is high, and the grouting settlement reduction effect is good.
本发明公开了一种采动覆岩复合帷幕及覆岩多离层层位精准注浆减沉方法,结构包括多层帷幕层,帷幕层由存在裂隙或地质构造弱面的多层厚硬岩层内注入水泥浆后形成;多离层层位注浆段的帷幕层形成隔离帷幕,基岩加固段的帷幕层形成保护帷幕。方法包括S1、确定多离层层位注浆段、基岩加固段、松散层段;S2、钻注浆孔并设置注浆管,在多离层层位注浆段、基岩加固段向裂隙或地质构造弱面注入水泥浆,形成帷幕层,多离层层位注浆段的帷幕层形成隔离帷幕,基岩加固段的帷幕层形成保护帷幕;S3、在多离层层位注浆段,向离层空间内注入粉煤灰浆形成粉煤灰浆体充填层。本发明对地质及地层条件适应性强,覆岩离层注浆效率高,注浆减沉效果好。
