Track-free asphalt pavement material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a rut-free asphalt pavement material and a preparation method thereof. Comprising a mixture, and the mixture comprises the following raw materials: 94-96 parts of gravel; 3.5 to 4.8 parts of petroleum asphalt; 1-1.2 parts of an SAP modifier, wherein the SAP modifier comprises the following raw materials: 50-70 parts of polyethylene; 20 to 40 parts of a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer; and 5 to 10 parts of single-component epoxy. The SAP mixture has excellent high-temperature flow deformation resistance, water resistance and crack resistance, the modification technology of polyolefin macromolecule and thermoplastic elastomer double-layer compounding is adopted, external doping and direct adding modification can be achieved, the friction resistance and the viscosity and toughness are both improved, and therefore no rut exists on the pavement in the maintenance period, and the pavement is not prone to cracking. Different schemes are adopted to modify the asphalt mixture, and even 1-1.5% of a modifier is added on the basis of AC-13 or AC-20, good rut resistance can be obtained.
本发明公开了一种无车辙沥青路面材料,其特征在于;包括混合料,所述混合料包含以下原材料:碎石94‑96份;石油沥青3.5‑4.8份;SAP改性剂1‑1.2份,所述SAP改性剂包含以下原材料:聚乙烯50‑70份;苯乙烯‑丁二烯‑苯乙烯嵌段共聚物20‑40份;单组份环氧5‑10份。本发明中SAP混合料具有优异的抗高温流动变形、抗水和抗裂性能,采用聚烯烃高分子和热塑性弹性体双层复合的改性技术,能够外掺直投改性,实现摩阻力与粘韧性的双重提高,从而实现养护周期内路面的无车辙,采用不同的方案对沥青混合料集配进行修改,甚至在AC‑13或AC‑20的基础上外掺改性剂1‑1.5%也能获得良好的抵抗车辙能力。
