Basement top-down construction method
The invention discloses a basement top-down construction method, which relates to the field of building construction and comprises the following steps: excavating a foundation pit; hoisting an underground stiff steel column; the top plate of the basement is poured, the steel joists are pre-buried in the top plate, and a plurality of soil sampling openings are reserved in the top plate, so that construction of the next layer is facilitated; earthwork underground excavation operation is conducted on the lower layer of the bottom plate through the soil taking opening; hoisting two underground stiff steel columns to the first underground layer; a chain block is installed on the underground stiff steel column; the underground two-section stiff steel column is hoisted through a chain block, so that the top of the underground two-section stiff steel column is in butt joint with the bottom of the underground one-section stiff steel column and is fixedly welded to the bottom of the underground one-section stiff steel column; a bottom plate of the first underground layer is poured, and a soil sampling opening is reserved in the bottom plate; the steps are repeated according to the number of layers built in the basement; when the bottommost layer of the basement is constructed, a bottom plate of the bottommost layer of the basement is formed; and blocking the soil sampling port from bottom to top. The construction method is beneficial to shortening the overall construction period of construction.
