Method for Alternate Basement Vertical Structure Construction Method in Top Down Construction Project
According to the present invention, a construction method of top-down construction method of being alternatively connected includes: a first step of constructing first basement level excavation and a first level floor after installing a retaining wall and constructing an underground pillar post; a second step of firstly constructing a core part of one underground layer for supporting a core part on the ground constructed upwards while constructing a slab in the basement downstairs; a third step of alternatively installing underground vertical members downwards; and a step of constructing the underground vertical member of remaining layers at the same time after constructing a mat of the lowest layer or a foundation, thereby being possible to early start a ground framework and finishing construction to shorten the whole construction period by shortening the construction period of the underground vertical member.
본 발명에 따른 하나 걸러 번갈아 이어지는 역타공법의 공사방법은 흙막이를 설치하고 지하 기둥말뚝을 시공한 후, 지하 1층 터파기 및 지상 1층 바닥을 시공하는 제1단계 ; 지하층 슬라브를 아래층으로 시공하면서 상향 시공되는 지상층 코어부를 지지하기 위하여 지하 1개층 코어부를 먼저 시공하는 제2단계 ; 지하 수직부재를 하나 걸러 번갈아 가며 하향으로 시공하는 제3단계 ; 최하층 매트 또는 기초를 시공한 후, 남은 잔여층 지하 수직부재를 동시에 시공하는 단계 ; 로 이루어져 지하 수직부재 공사기간을 단축함으로써 이후의 지상 골조 및 마감공사를 조기에 착수할 수 있게 되어 전체 공사기간을 단축하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
