The invention belongs to the technical field of ETEE membranes, and particularly relates to a construction method of a single-layer hyperbolic ETFE membrane of a large-cantilever cable-supported grid structure. A main support is included, an assembly support is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the main support, the assembly support is of a hollow structure, and a fixing mechanism is arranged on the inner side wall of the assembly support; and the fixing mechanism comprises a supporting plate, a worm, a threaded rod, a fixing cylinder, a fixing roller and a limiting block, the supporting plate is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the assembling support, the middle of the supporting plate is rotationally connected with the worm in a penetrating mode, and the upper end of the worm is fixedly connected with the threaded rod through a coupler. According to the invention, the leakage phenomenon caused by a gap between the ETFE film and the assembly bracket can be prevented, and the leakproofness of the ETFE film installation is effectively ensured; the wind pressure resistance of the ETFE film is improved by using different degrees of tension, so that wrinkling in the use process is avoided; the upper portion of the EFTE film is protected, the film is prevented from being damaged by birds, and the strength of measures for preventing the birds from damaging the film is improved.
