Creeping formwork assembly and core tube synchronous construction method
The invention relates to a creeping formwork assembly and core tube synchronous construction method which comprises the following steps: binding a first section of core tube reinforcing steel bars, mounting a first creeping cone embedded part on the outer side of the first section of core tube reinforcing steel bars, and then closing a formwork to pour a first section of core tube; binding a second section of core tube reinforcing steel bar, installing second climbing cone embedded parts on the inner side and the outer side of the second section of core tube reinforcing steel bar, and hanging the outer wall climbing formwork lower frame body on the first climbing cone embedded part; closing the mold and pouring a second section of core tube; an outer wall creeping formwork upper frame body is fixed to the outer wall creeping formwork lower frame body to form an outer wall creeping formwork main frame body, then a third section of core tube steel bars are bound, and third creeping cone embedded parts are installed on the inner side and the outer side of the third section of core tube steel bars; enabling the outer wall creeping formwork main frame body to climb upwards until the outer wall creeping formwork lower frame body is hung on a second creeping cone embedded part on the outer side; closing the mold and pouring a third section of core tube; and the inner cylinder creeping formwork main frame body is hung on the second creeping cone embedded part on the inner side. The problems that creeping formwork installation and deployment difficulty is high and the installation period is long in a narrow construction site are solved.
