Large-section tunnel support construction method under unstable slope condition
The invention provides a large-section tunnel support construction method under an unstable slope condition, which comprises the following steps of: dividing a tunnel into four areas according to a spatial position relationship between an unstable slope surface and a large-section tunnel; before tunnel excavation construction, anti-slide piles are driven on the two sides of a target tunnel portal; an NPR anchor cable is arranged on the unstable landslide mass on the sliding surface for reinforcement treatment, and the NPR anchor cable is arranged away from the target tunnel; grouting holes are formed in the area I for grouting treatment; performing pipe shed advance support construction on the tunnel; an upper step and a lower step of the area I are supported by adopting encrypted NPR long anchor cables matched with NPR short anchor cables, and the arch part of the area I is located in the pipe shed supporting range; an encrypted NPR long anchor cable is adopted for supporting at the arch part of the area II; an NPR long anchor cable is adopted for supporting in the area III; and a common supporting mode or an NPR short anchor cable is adopted for supporting in the area IV. According to the construction method, the slope is converted into a stable state from an unstable state; and the supporting effect of the large-section tunnel under the unstable slope condition is greatly improved.
本发明提供一种不稳定边坡条件下大断面隧道支护施工方法,施工方法包括,根据不稳定滑坡面与大断面隧道的空间位置关系将隧道分为四个区域;在隧道开挖施工前,在目标隧道口两侧打设抗滑桩;对滑动面上不稳定滑坡体打设NPR锚索进行加固处理,NPR锚索避开目标隧道打设;在Ⅰ区进行打设注浆孔进行注浆处理;隧道进行管棚超前支护施工;在Ⅰ区的上台阶与下台阶采用加密NPR长锚索配合NPR短锚索支护,Ⅰ区拱部处于管棚支护范围;在Ⅱ区拱部采用加密NPR长锚索进行支护;在Ⅲ区采用NPR长锚索进行支护;在Ⅳ区采用普通支护方式或者NPR短锚索进行支护。该施工方法将边坡由不稳定状态转换为稳定状态;而且极大提高了不稳定边坡条件下大断面隧道的支护效果。
