Low chloride ion leaching gypsum mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention provides low chloride ion leaching gypsum mortar and a preparation method thereof, and the gypsum mortar comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 65-80 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 3-6 parts of tricalcium aluminate, 3-5 parts of tetra calcium aluminoferrite, 10-15 parts of fly ash, 5-10 parts of hydrotalcite, 0.2-0.5 part of rubber powder and 0.01-0.03 part of a retarder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the rubber powder and the retarder into water, and uniformly stirring with a stirrer to obtain an additive solution; uniformly mixing desulfurized gypsum, tricalcium aluminate, tetra calcium aluminoferrite, fly ash and hydrotalcite powder to obtain mixed powder; and uniformly mixing the admixture solution with the mixed powder to obtain the low chloride ion leaching gypsum mortar. The chemical combination effect of tricalcium aluminate, tetracalcium aluminoferrite and chloride ions is adopted, the physical adsorption effect of a hydrotalcite porous medium is utilized to reduce the leaching rate of the chloride ions, meanwhile, the compactness of gypsum mortar is improved by doping fly ash, chloride ion transmission is reduced, and then the leaching rate of the chloride ions is reduced.
本发明提供一种低氯离子浸出石膏砂浆及其制备方法,所述石膏砂浆按重量份,原料包括以下组分:脱硫石膏65~80份、铝酸三钙3~6份、铁铝酸四钙3~5份、粉煤灰10~15份、水滑石5~10份、胶粉0.2~0.5份和缓凝剂0.01~0.03份。制备方法包括如下步骤:将胶粉、缓凝剂加入水中,用搅拌机搅拌均匀,得到外加剂溶液;将脱硫石膏、铝酸三钙、铁铝酸四钙、粉煤灰、水滑石粉料混合均匀,得到混合粉料;将外加剂溶液与混合粉料混合均匀,即制得低氯离子浸出石膏砂浆。本发明采用铝酸三钙、铁铝酸四钙与氯离子的化学结合作用,并利用水滑石多孔介质的物理吸附作用降低氯离子浸出率,同时利用粉煤灰的掺入增加石膏砂浆的密实性,降低氯离子传输,进而降低氯离子浸出率。
