The invention discloses a concrete pouring and vibrating template on an inclined plane and a using method thereof. The template comprises a telescopic rod, a plurality of transverse moving devices and a vibrating device, a slide way is arranged in the telescopic rod, a power pulley is slidably connected to the slide way, the upper end and the lower end of each transverse moving device are fixedly connected with the power pulley, and the power pulley connected with one end of each transverse moving device is connected with a motor; the transverse moving device comprises a main comb tooth bed and an auxiliary comb tooth bed fixedly connected with the main comb tooth bed, main comb teeth are vertically arranged on the main comb tooth bed, movable auxiliary comb teeth are vertically arranged on the auxiliary comb tooth bed, the auxiliary comb tooth bed is provided with a tooth path, the movable auxiliary comb teeth are fixedly connected with a power gear, the tooth path is connected with the power gear in a meshed mode, and the power gear is connected with a motor. In the pouring process, by controlling the movable auxiliary comb teeth, the transverse moving device and the vibration strength, slope pouring is implemented, and concrete pouring uniformity is controlled.
