Calcination temperature of the main material calcium oxide of the novel static crushing agent is high, constant temperature time is long, shrinkage of microcosmic grains of the calcium oxide is more compact, and hydration reaction is relatively slowed down; the hydration reaction rate of the static crushing agent can be better controlled in the using process, then the crushing operation is controlled, the denser calcium oxide crystal lattices are, the slower the hydration reaction is, the influence on the performance of the crushing agent due to short-time contact with the air environment is extremely small and even can be neglected, and the storage time of the crushing agent can be prolonged.
本发明公开一种新型静态破碎剂及其制备方法,属于工程爆破静态破碎技术领域。所述所述静态破碎剂由以下原料制备得到:各原料及其质量百分比为:氧化钙71~75%、P.O42.5水泥9~11%、硫酸钙3~5%、改性高钠基膨润土4~6%、聚羧酸高效减水剂1%、粉煤灰4~12%;本发明所述新型静态破碎剂主料氧化钙的煅烧温度高,恒温时间长,氧化钙微观晶粒收缩越致密,水化反应相对减缓;使得在使用过程中能更好的控制静态破碎剂的水化反应速率,进而控制破碎作业,其次氧化钙晶格越致密,水化反应越慢,短时间的接触空气环境对其性能影响极小甚至可以忽略,还能提高破碎剂的保存时间。
