PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonexplosive crushing agent having crushing performance similar to conventional nonexplosive crushing agents, excellent in safety on manufacturing and handling by reduction of various sensitivity, not corresponding to hazardous materials in the Fire Service Act, and having no limitation of a specified amount during storing and handling.SOLUTION: There is provided a crushing agent composition containing metal oxide having an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 30 μm, metal powder having an average particle diameter of 20 to 60 μm, hydrate having an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 5 mm, and a binder, with a mass ratio of metal oxide/metal powder of 50/50 to 70/30, the hydrate of 20 to 50 mass%, and the binder of 0.1 to 5.0 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】従来の非火薬破砕剤と同等の破砕性能を有し、各種感度の低減により、製造及び取扱上の安全性に優れると共に、消防法上の危険物に該当せず、貯蔵・取扱において指定数量の制限を受けない非火薬破砕剤を提供する。【解決手段】平均粒子径が０．１〜３０μｍの金属酸化物と、平均粒子径が２０〜６０μｍの金属粉末と、平均粒子径が０．５〜５ｍｍの水和物と、バインダーとを含み、金属酸化物／金属粉末の質量比率が５０／５０〜７０／３０であり、水和物を２０〜５０質量％、バインダーを０．１〜５．０質量％含むことを特徴とする破砕剤組成物。【選択図】なし
