Hoisting method of steel truss girder
The invention discloses a hoisting method of a steel truss girder. The hoisting method of the steel truss girder comprises the following steps that a to-be-assembled steel truss girder segment identifier and a first actual assembling position corresponding to the to-be-assembled steel truss girder segment identifier on a support platform are obtained; measuring a support platform height parameter and a support platform width parameter at a position corresponding to the first actual assembly position of the to-be-assembled steel truss girder segment; obtaining the weight of each steel truss girder component in the to-be-assembled steel truss girder section and a second assembling position of each steel truss girder component; according to the width parameters of the support platform and the second assembling positions of the steel truss girder components, the standing position of hoisting equipment is determined; determining the model of the hoisting equipment; the hoisting equipment is arranged at the standing position; and the steel truss girder components are hoisted according to a preset hoisting sequence and hoisting clamps. According to the hoisting method provided by the invention, the station position and the hoisting equipment model do not need to be repeatedly replaced in the hoisting process of the to-be-assembled steel truss girder section at a time, and the hoisting efficiency is improved.
本发明公开一种钢桁梁的吊装方法,所述钢桁梁的吊装方法包括以下步骤:获取待拼装钢桁梁节段标识以及对应在所述支架平台上的第一实际拼装位置;测量所述待拼装钢桁梁节段的第一实际拼装位置对应处的支架平台高度参数以及支架平台宽度参数;获取所述待拼装钢桁梁节段中各钢桁梁构件的重量以及各钢桁梁构件的第二拼装位置;根据所述支架平台宽度参数以及所述各钢桁梁构件的第二拼装位置,确定吊装设备的站位位置;确定所述吊装设备的型号;将所述吊装设备置于所述站位位置处;通过预设的吊装顺序以及吊装夹具吊装所述各钢桁梁构件。本发明提供的吊装方法无需在一次待拼装钢桁梁节段的吊装过程中重复更换站位位置和吊装设备型号,提高了吊装效率。
