As the cable wind rope is located at the stable position to form a tying system for reinforcing and fixing the two sides of the first main truss, the first main truss can be stably located at the top of the concrete column, and the problem that the truss cannot be stably located at the top of the concrete column only through the self weight of the truss at the top of the concrete column is solved.
