The invention provides an alkali-free fluorine-free chlorine-free quick-setting early-strength component which comprises a component A and a component B in a mass part ratio of 1: (1-2), the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 4-5 parts of aluminum sulfate octadecahydrate and 4-5 parts of water; the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1-2 parts of a nano material and 12-13 parts of water; the nano material is a mixture of nano ettringite and any one of nano silicon dioxide, nano aluminum dioxide, nano titanium dioxide and nano calcium silicate hydrate; the content of nano ettringite in the nano material is not less than 70%. The nano-ettringite in the quick-setting early-strength component is good in dispersity, and no additional dispersing agent is needed; fluorine ions are not contained, so that the harmfulness to a human body is reduced; chlorine ions are not contained, so that corrosion damage of the chlorine ions to reinforcing steel bars is effectively avoided; sodium and potassium ions are not contained, alkali-free rapid hardening is truly achieved, and the problems of strength shrinkage and durability in the later period are avoided.
