The invention discloses a refuse landfill slag blocking dam which is provided with an underground water-resisting layer and is characterized in that the slag blocking dam comprises a blocking wall vertically extending to the water-resisting layer, an inner dam body and an outer dam body, and the inner dam body and the outer dam body are built on the ground surface and lean against the inner side and the outer side of the blocking wall respectively; connecting pieces are arranged between the inner dam body and the barrier wall and between the outer dam body and the barrier wall. The barrier wall extends to the water-resisting layer and has a synergistic effect with the water-resisting layer to play a role in preventing the landfill leachate from leaking, the inner dam body, the outer dam body, the connecting piece and the barrier wall form a whole, the barrier wall is reinforced, and the overall manufacturing cost is reduced.
