Novel self-resetting energy dissipation box type connecting column and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a novel self-resetting energy dissipation box type connecting column and a construction method thereof. The novel self-resetting energy dissipation box type connecting column comprises an upper prefabricated column, a lower prefabricated column, prestressed high-strength bolt bars and energy dissipation steel plates, wherein the upper prefabricated column and the lower prefabricated column are of a reinforced concrete structure; a notch is formed in the junction of the side faces of the outer surface of each prefabricated column, and a steel box is fixed in each notch. The side face and the end face, close to the connecting end area, of each prefabricated column are provided with embedded steel plates in concrete. The end of the upper prefabricated column and the end of the lower prefabricated column are attached, and column connection is achieved through a prestress high-strength bolt rod which penetrates through the steel box to be fixed. Two hollow L-shaped energy dissipation steel plates are arranged on the outer surface, corresponding to the embedded steel plate connecting area, of the side face of the column connecting position. The self-resetting function can be achieved through the elastic restoring force of the high-strength prestress bolt rod, and layer-by-layer assembly is guaranteed; the L-shaped energy dissipation steel plates have excellent shear resistance and energy dissipation performance; the node bearing capacity can be improved, the anti-seismic performance is improved, cost is saved, and construction is convenient.
本发明公开了一种新型自复位耗能盒式连接柱及其施工方法,该新型自复位耗能盒式连接柱包括:钢筋混凝土结构的上部预制柱和下部预制柱及预应力高强螺栓杆和耗能钢板;每个预制柱外表面的侧面交界处开设有槽口,槽口内固定有钢盒;每个预制柱靠近连接端区域的侧面及端面在混凝土内设置有内嵌钢板;上部预制柱和下部预制柱的端部贴合且通过穿过钢盒固定的预应力高强螺栓杆实现柱连接;在柱连接处侧面的内嵌钢板连接区域所对应的外表面上设置有包含两个空心L型的耗能钢板。本发明用高强预应力螺栓杆的弹性恢复力能实现自复位功能且保证层层装配;L型耗能钢板有优良的抗剪与耗能性能;本发明能提高节点承载能力,提高抗震性能,节约成本,便于施工。
