Annular prestress tensioning structure of LNG tank body and method for setting number of segments of annular prestress tensioning structure
The invention provides an LNG tank body circumferential prestress tension structure and a segmentation number setting method thereof. The LNG tank body circumferential prestress tension structure comprises an LNG tank body wall, a supporting end, a pre-buried cantilever steel beam, a circumferential prestress steel strand bundle and a jack. A plurality of supporting ends are evenly arranged on the periphery of the LNG tank body wall, and the embedded cantilever steel beams are connected with the supporting ends. And the circumferential prestressed steel strand bundle is arranged in the tank body wall and the supporting end. The jack is arranged on the pre-buried cantilever steel beam and used for tensioning the circumferential prestress steel strand bundle. The invention further provides a method for setting the number of the annular prestress sections of the LNG tank body. The method comprises the steps that (1) the length C of the annular prestress steel strand bundle is determined according to the circular radius R of the LNG tank body; 2) determining the length l of the segmented arc-shaped steel strand bundle of the circumferential prestressed steel strand bundle according to the standard that the concrete of the LNG tank body wall does not have tensile stress, and 3) determining the number n of the segments of the circumferential prestressed steel strand bundle.
