The invention discloses a cylindrical structure double synthetic jet damping protection device which comprises jet slits and a jet channel, the jet slits are located near a flow separation point on the surface of a protected cylindrical structure, the number of the jet slits is two, the two jet slits are symmetrically distributed on the surface of the cylindrical structure in the incoming flow direction, and the jet channel is communicated with the jet slits. The jet flow channel is arranged in the cylindrical structure and penetrates through the whole cylindrical structure, the inner side of the jet flow slit is communicated with the jet flow channel, one end of the jet flow channel is movably connected with an external piston, and the piston is driven by a servo motor. According to the double-synthetic-jet vibration reduction protection device of the cylindrical structure, a good control effect can be achieved on wind-induced vibration of the cylindrical structure.
