The technology comprises the following steps that steel pipe piles are machined in a segmented mode, and the length of each steel pipe pile segment is smaller than the clearance height of a foundation reinforcement part of a foundation; processing a guide structure at the lower end of the bottommost steel pipe pile; lining pipes are mounted in the upper parts of the bottommost steel pipe pile and the middle section steel pipe pile; the steel pipe piles are constructed, the two steel pipe piles are in butt joint through the lining pipe, and welding connection is adopted; a plurality of anchoring steel bars are welded in a steel pipe at the upper end of the uppermost steel pipe pile, are uniformly distributed according to a certain angle and are anchored into the bearing platform; and a bearing platform is constructed at the top of the uppermost steel pipe pile. According to the technology, through the segmented machining and lining pipe technology, the construction efficiency and the welding quality are improved, the stability and the bearing capacity of the overall structure are enhanced, and the technology is suitable for foundation reinforcement construction in the low-clearance and narrow space environment.
