Cementing material for filling sulfur-containing metal mine as well as preparation method and application of cementing material
The invention provides a cementing material for filling a sulfur-containing metal mine, which comprises a filler and an alkaline activator, and the alkaline activator accounts for 1.4%-1.6% of the mass of the filler; wherein the filler comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-45 parts of superfine slag powder, 28-32 parts of smelting slag, 13-17 parts of desulfurized gypsum and 13-17 parts of lime; the smelting slag is waste slag generated by ironmaking. Under the alkaline condition, Ca (OH) 2, SiO2 in the smelting slag, Al2O3 in the smelting slag and desulfurized gypsum react to generate ettringite, and gaps of the superfine slag powder are filled with the ettringite, so that the cementing material integrally forms a filling body with high compactness and strength. The cementing material for filling the sulfur-containing metal mine is good in filling effect, does not contain cement clinker, and reduces the cost.
本发明提供了一种用于充填含硫金属矿山的胶凝材料,包括充填物和碱性激发剂,碱性激发剂为充填物的质量的1.4%~1.6%;其中,充填物以重量份计包括:矿渣微粉35~45份、冶炼渣28~32份、脱硫石膏13~17份、石灰13~17份;冶炼渣为炼铁产生的废渣。在碱性条件下,Ca(OH)2、冶炼渣中的SiO2、冶炼渣中的A12O3和脱硫石膏反应生成钙矾石,填充到矿渣微粉的空隙中,使得胶凝材料整体形成密实性和强度高的充填体。上述的用于充填含硫金属矿山的胶凝材料,充填效果好,且组成不包括水泥熟料,降低了成本。
