According to the recycled aggregate premixed pervious concrete material and the preparation process thereof, the recycled aggregate is prepared from the cementing agent and the waste concrete, so that factory prefabrication (programmed control of raw material mass, weighing and mixing process) is realized; the problems that on-site mixing quality stability is poor, dust is raised, noise is generated, environmental protection is not achieved, and mechanical rapid construction cannot be conducted are solved, natural gravel aggregate is saved, and the current call of green, energy saving and environmental protection is met.
