The lightweight low-carbon pervious concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of mineral powder, 10 parts of red mud, 3-12 parts of water, 60-240 parts of coarse aggregate, 60-100 parts of high-molecular polymer waste, 10 parts of water glass and 10-14 parts of sodium hydroxide. Wherein the high-molecular polymer waste material is a high-molecular polymer waste material subjected to hydrophilic modification.
