The invention relates to a plastic composition, a plastic composite material, a prefabricated plastic track and a preparation method. The plastic composition is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 5 to 30 parts of butadiene styrene rubber, 5 to 25 parts of natural rubber, 5 to 25 parts of thermoplastic polyurethane, 10 to 50 parts of filler, 1 to 30 parts of fumed silica, 1 to 10 parts of anti-aging agent, 1 to 10 parts of toner, 1 to 5 parts of vulcanizing agent, 1 to 6 parts of accelerant and 1 to 20 parts of softening agent. The styrene-butadiene rubber, the natural rubber, the thermoplastic polyurethane and the filler are taken as main components, functional additives such as the fumed silica, the anti-aging agent, the toner and the vulcanizing agent are compounded, and the plastic composition with relatively good strength, wear resistance and impact absorption performance is prepared by regulating and controlling the ratio of the components.
