The invention relates to a plastic composition, a plastic composite material, a prefabricated plastic track and a preparation method. The plastic composition is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 5 to 35 parts of butadiene styrene rubber, 5 to 30 parts of natural rubber, 5 to 30 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 15 to 45 parts of polyurethane elastomer, 10 to 40 parts of filler, 0 to 10 parts of anti-aging agent, 0 to 10 parts of toner, 1 to 10 parts of vulcanizing agent, 0 to 6 parts of accelerant and 0 to 25 parts of softening agent, monomers of the polyurethane elastomer comprise polybutylene terephthalate, diisocyanate and hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene. According to the plastic composition, the styrene butadiene rubber, the natural rubber, the ethylene propylene diene monomer and the polyurethane elastomer are used as main materials, and the plastic composition with relatively good tensile strength, solvent resistance and acid and alkali resistance is obtained by optimizing the proportion of the components.
