The invention provides a prefabricated plastic runway with a scaly surface and a preparation method of the prefabricated plastic runway. The prefabricated plastic runway is obtained by spreading surface layer resin particles on the surface of a film, melting the surface layer resin particles, cooling, coating the surface of a thermoplastic prefabricated plastic runway with the surface resin particles through electron beam irradiation crosslinking, and rolling. The surface layer is prepared from PP, light calcium carbonate, asbestos, a plasticizer, POE, an antioxidant, an irradiation cross-linking agent and a coupling agent, and the film is prepared from PP, maleic anhydride grafted SEBS and maleic anhydride grafted PP. The three-layer structure of the prefabricated plastic runway is subjected to hot melting bonding, irradiation crosslinking and other treatment, the prefabricated plastic runway has a scaly surface, and the anti-skid value and the impact absorption performance can be improved.
