The invention provides an automatic cement mixing pile construction device which comprises a mixing pile machine used for piling construction, a mixing box used for mixing cement paste and a mortar pump used for inputting the cement paste in the mixing box into the mixing pile machine, a top cover is arranged at the top of the mixing box, and an automatic mixing assembly is arranged on the top cover in a penetrating mode. A clear water feeding pipe for feeding water and a cement feeding pipe for feeding cement ash are further arranged on the top cover in a penetrating manner. The closed stirring box is arranged, the cement feeding pipe and the clear water feeding pipe are arranged on the closed stirring box, dust raising during cement filling is prevented, environment pollution and operator injury are avoided, and meanwhile automatic and accurate filling of cement and clear water is achieved through the arrangement of the clear water electromagnetic valve, the cement electromagnetic valve and the stress meter.
