According to the automatic cement mixing pile construction device, the top of a supporting base is fixedly connected with a limiting column, a mixing drum is arranged on one side of the limiting column, a rotary drill bit is arranged at the bottom of the mixing drum, a plurality of cement discharging openings used for discharging cement are formed in the outer side of the mixing drum, and a movable plate and a fixed plate are arranged in the mixing drum; according to the automatic cement mixing pile construction device, a first bevel gear drives a fixedly-connected rotating disc to rotate, the rotating disc pulls a knocking rod to reciprocate through a first pulling plate, when a connecting cylinder rotates and descends, the knocking rod is just aligned to the position of a cement discharging port, and through reciprocating front-back movement of the knocking rod, the cement discharging port is opened; and the knocking rod is enabled to dredge the cement discharging port, so that the cement discharging port is prevented from being blocked by cement residues, and normal discharging of the cement discharging port is not influenced.
