The invention relates to an automatic cement mixing pile construction device and method. The device comprises a pile machine, a console, a vertical monitoring module, an elevation control module, a walking route monitoring module and a hydraulic rod. Whether a drill rod is perpendicular to the ground or not is judged according to the fact that whether the distances between two rays emitted by the perpendicular monitoring module and the ground are consistent or not, meanwhile, hydraulic rods on the two sides of the piling machine can control the heights of the two sides of the piling machine through stretching out and drawing back so as to complete leveling, and the problem that time and labor are wasted during manual leveling of the piling machine is solved; and a distance sensor of the elevation control module and the vertical monitoring module can be matched to record the depth of the drill rod drilling into the ground, so that the guniting time and the drilling depth can be more accurately controlled, the waste of cement paste caused by starting guniting in advance is effectively avoided, and meanwhile, the length of the pile is ensured to meet the design requirement.
本发明涉及一种自动化水泥搅拌桩施工装置及方法,装置包括桩机、控制台、垂直监测模块、高程控制模块、行走路线监控模块和液压杆;利用垂直监测模块发出的两条射线到达地面的距离是否一致,判断钻杆是否垂直于地面,同时桩机两侧的液压杆可以进行通过伸缩控制桩机两侧的高度从而完成整平,解决了桩机人工整平费时费力的问题;并且可以利用高程控制模块的距离传感器和垂直监测模块配合记录钻杆钻入地面的深度,可以更精准地控制喷浆的时机与钻入的深度,有效避免提前开启喷浆造成的水泥浆的浪费,同时保证了桩的长度满足设计要求。
