The invention discloses an underground diaphragm wall joint water burst rapid plugging device which comprises plugging plates, a connecting piece, a telescopic adjusting piece and a force transmission piece, the plugging plates are connected through the connecting piece, one end of the telescopic adjusting piece is hinged to the plugging plates, and the other end of the telescopic adjusting piece is hinged to the force transmission piece. The plugging plate is arranged at the joint of the continuous wall, the end, away from the telescopic adjusting part, of the force transmission part is downwards inserted into the stratum, and the telescopic adjusting part stretches out and draws back to be used for adjusting the attaching degree between the plugging plate and the continuous wall. In the using process of the whole plugging device, the plugging plate is firmly connected with the continuous wall, and the situation that the plugging operation fails due to the fact that the rapid plugging device slips is not likely to occur; by means of the quick-curing plugging device, drilling is not needed, disturbance to foundation pit supporting engineering is small, the time spent from installation to water plugging of a single quick plugging device is short, and quick emergency disposal of a water burst accident site can be achieved.
