Prefabricating and assembling equipment for underground pipe gallery construction

A telescopic pile is mounted at the top of the crawler walking device; the top of the telescopic pile is fixedly connected with a pair of hydraulic cylinders; the end face of a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with an abutting plate. The top surface of the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with a mounting seat; a mechanical arm is mounted at one end of the mounting seat, the abutting pressing plate abuts against the inner wall of the prefabricated pipe gallery through the hydraulic cylinder, fixing of the assembling equipment is completed, then a worker remotely controls the mechanical arm, the mechanical arm is used for grabbing the prefabricated pipe gallery, the prefabricated pipe gallery is dragged, a crane is assisted in hoisting the prefabricated pipe gallery to a proper position, and then mounting is completed. In this way, the hoisting difficulty of a sling cart driver is reduced, meanwhile, under the windy condition, the prefabricated pipe gallery can be controlled through the mechanical arm, the shaking amplitude of the prefabricated pipe gallery is reduced, workers can conveniently conduct installation operation, and then the assembling efficiency of the prefabricated pipe gallery is improved.
