The problem that the underwater concrete pouring efficiency of an existing cast-in-situ bored pile is low is solved.
本发明公开了一种混凝土灌注桩导管位置监测系统及其监测方法,通过浇筑导管的管口位置监测依靠数据指导调整浇筑导管,不必靠管理人员经验判断。由于采用浇筑导管的管口位置监测,能够在导管快要提升至混凝土浇筑上表面时进行提前预警,避免工人误操作导致断桩事故。采用浇筑导管的管口位置监测能够有效指导工人何时提升并拆除多余导管,保障混凝土浇筑过程中的总体下压力从而加快施工速度。本发明解决了现有的钻孔灌注桩水下混凝土浇筑效率较低的问题。
