Testing system for cast-in-place pile guide pipe
The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering testing and discloses a testing system for a cast-in-place pile guide rod. The testing system is used for detecting the quality of a cast-in-place pile. By means of the testing system, the quality problem of inserting a reinforcement cage in construction can be detected, the quality of a pile body can be easily improved, and the risk of pile breaking is lowered. In the detecting process, a hollow cylinder is placed into the cast-in-place pile, the wall of the cast-in-place pile exerts transverse force on a detecting rod and a connecting rod so that a sliding block can slide on a guide rod, and a spring is lengthened. The hollow cylinder slides downwards continuously under the action of gravity, and when the inner wall of the cast-in-place pile is concaved, the spring can be naturally shortened so that the angle between the detecting rod and the hollow cylinder can be enlarged. When the inner wall of the cast-in-place pile is convex, transverse force is exerted on the detecting rod and the connecting rod by a convex part, and therefore the angle between the detecting rod and the hollow cylinder is reduced. The change of the angle can be inducted by a twist type sensor, and signals are transmitted to a main machine through a communication module. The flatness of the inner surface of the cast-in-place pile and the shape of the reinforcement cage are analyzed through testing and analyzing software, and whether the quality of the cast-in-place pile is qualified or not can be analyzed through multiple times of sliding detection in different directions.
