The invention provides a locking isolation door system for a railway vehicle, which comprises a door plate, a bearing mechanism, a lower guide rail, a locking device and an emergency unlocking device, the locking device comprises a locking mechanism and a safety lock mechanism, and the locking mechanism and the safety lock mechanism are arranged on the bearing mechanism to realize double locking of the door system; compared with the prior art, the emergency unlocking device has the remarkable advantages that the locking mechanism and the safety lock mechanism are combined, and the double locking function of the door closing position of the door system is achieved; in an emergency, a passenger sends an unlocking request by operating a handle of the emergency unlocking device, and a driver and passengers can unlock the locking mechanism after permitting; under the condition that the locking mechanism or the safety lock mechanism is single and fails, the door system can still be reliably locked; and a single-point fault mode is optimized into a two-point fault mode, so that the operation reliability is improved.
